You will be able to navigate yourself in any situation, at any given time. Instead, we become a prisoner of our monkey minds, missing the opportunity to use our thoughts for inner growth. You see, one can meditate by simply being in the moment, of not only on each thought but on each moment between each thought. Fall in love with the silent “spaces” in between each thought and each moment. As when you fall in love with the silent spaces, this feeling is what you want to hold your attention on. Very quickly, the silent spaces grow longer, and the negative thoughts, in turn, become less.”

Like many others, I have experienced the highs and lows of life, from the exhilarating rush of new love to the devastating pain of heartbreak. Growing up, I followed a conventional path, following my parents footsteps, including divorce, 2x!
