This is episode 82 where we talk about how our number one enemy is emotions. We tend to be led by how we feel, but we must realize that feelings are fickle and change from day today. We should be careful not to follow every thought that comes to our mind because our thoughts and feelings don't dictate truth to us.

John 14:16 says 'And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,'

Prayer: Holy Spirit, I can't control my emotions and behavior on my own. Thank You for helping me by giving me Your power to lead me to victory. Please guide myself and anyone listening right now wherever you need us to go. We love you with everything we have Lord, Amen!
