He talked about changes in freon, the importance of regular maintenance for your system, and the difference between dehumidifiers and humidifiers. David also shared some thoughts of tax credits & incentives and some tips to save on energy consumption in the home 

Andy Pribble with United Country Lake Realty & Auction talked about how online auctions work, what reasons you might auction your property rather than list it traditionally, and their jumpstart program. He also shared how the auction process works, if inspections are required, and how to prepare to auction your property. And yes, he did a little auction cry for us!
