Tiffany was born and raised here in Grants Pass Oregon, and has a natural love for everything Southern Oregon.   Her background is 90% Real Estate as she did have some side hustles during college but her first job out of college was in a Real estate office & have been working in the “biz” for over 20 years now. It has become more than just a career to her, it’s her passion and it shows.  With a servants heart; she has a strong desire to learn more and share knowledge to her people. She values honesty and integrity, along with strong determination and dedication.

Kelly Sparlin of Rogue Protection Group⎪On being a U.S. Navy Diver & a better human being!

Kelly is a Native of Grants Pass however as a missionary kid growing up, he got to travel all over the world and claims, there isn't place he hasn't been.  We will also talk about Kelly's high school football career and his Kelly’s 12-year military career in the U.S. Navy as a diver in which he was medically retired after a diving accident plus we will go over some pretty deep stuff when we dive (another pun intended) into finding your why and why it’s so important.

 Back in 2016, Brad used his engineering background and his love for Golf to essentially transform blocks of wood into ridiculously custom putters and now, almost 7 years later, the Bradley Putter Co. is known in the golfing community around the globe! Brad has built putters for former Seattle Seattle Seahawks and current Denver Bronco QB, Russell Wilson and has even constructed a putter using wood from a chair that was taken directly out of Saddam Hussein's palace in Iraq!

We sit down with Nick Gates, another Multi-Generational family here in Grants Pass. Nick is a self-proclaimed big nerd that loves a little bit of everything, from Golf and Fishing to Music and Comic books. His family-run store, Gates home furniture, goes back 3 generations in this episode. Born and raised in Grants Pass and a University of Oregon Alum 2009. The family business started here in Grants Pass when his grandfather got out of the Navy in 1946. It started with him and 4 other employees. They now have 30 employees and still work every day to preserve the high-quality service and value that his grandfather started over 75 years ago. Nick adds that the best part of his job is when he gets to balance his roots with the future. Improving how folks shop, whether online or in-person, can find exactly what they want. Plus, making the customer service experience better and better.
