Dylan highlights the play of Georgia freshman Nate Frazier who finished with 83 yards and a touchdown and Kirby Smart said after the game that the freshman running back proved him wrong with his abilities.

Dylan notes that while Morton’s start was not one of his best, the inevitable was likely to happen due to the amount of batters that were able to reach base off the Braves’ pitcher. And while the Phillies took the first game of the series, he likes the Braves chances to still win the series with Reynaldo Lopez, Max Fried and Spencer Schwellenbach all set to be the next three starting pitchers.

Dylan opens up the show with some Braves talk as they picked up a 5-1 win over the Twins to sweep the series and with the Phillies losing on Wednesday, moving within five games back of the current NL East leaders ahead of their four game series which begins today. Dylan notes that when it comes to momentum, “this is exactly where” the Braves want to be as they have now won five consecutive series and while he believes a sweep would be good to see, he believes that if they are able to take three of the four, that inches the Braves closer and making it more of a race for the division.

Dylan opens up the show with some Braves talk as they defeated the Twins on Monday 10-4 as the offense was “reminiscent” of the 2023 offense as Dylan noted despite the fact that a few players from that lineup, including Ronald Acuna Jr., Austin Riley and Ozzie Albies, not being involved due to injury. As he continues to share his thoughts, Dylan believes that if the Braves are able to build momentum off of a night like last and they find themselves in the playoffs, then maybe once Albies returns they can make a deep run.
