While there are thoughts that Atlanta could move on from Trae Young or Dejounte Murray or even both now that they have the No. 1 pick, however Dylan notes that he believes the team could keep both and use the pick to bring the projected number one pick, Alex Sarr.

Dylan opens up the show with some Hawks talk as they landed the No. 1 overall pick in the NBA Draft after having only a three percent chance to win the pick. Dylan adds that he believes that the eventual decision that the Hawks make with the pick could ultimately be a make a break situation for the franchise, however hopes that the pick that the Hawks choose can be a franchise changing player that they can pair with Trae Young.

Dylan opens up the show with some NBA talk as both the Cavaliers and the Mavericks picked up wins ono Thursday night to even up their respective series. Dylan first recaps the Cavs and Celtics matchup and notes that as he expected to happen at some point in the series, the Celtics shot poorly from the three-point line while Donovan Mitchell led the Cavs with 29 points. And the Thunder, Mavericks match up, the Thunder simply did not get enough production from anyone outside of SGA (33 pts) and Jalen Williams (20 pts)

Dylan opens up the show with some Braves talk as they defeated the Red Sox 5-0 to sweep the two game series and Dylan believes returning home for the two-game set was “just what the doctor ordered” as Marcel Ozuna hit two homeruns, including a three-run bomb in the bottom of the first to give the Braves a 3-0 lead. And on the mound, Chris Sale gave a great performance as he shut his former team down allowing no runs on six hits and struck out 10 batters.

Dylan opens up the show with some Falcons talk as he reacts to an article from Jeremy Fowler in which he gives some insight on what he heard in regards to why the Falcons drafted Michael Penix Jr. Fowler notes that according to sources, the Falcons had Penix Jr. ranked on their board as the second best QB in the draft. Fowler’s report also indicts that the desire of Arthur Blank wanting stability at the QB position also played a role in the Falcons decision.

Dylan opens up the show with some Falcons talk as a report from Albert Breer states that Kirk Cousins reportedly left the Vikings because they told him that they would possibly draft a quarterback high in the draft. With Cousins then signing with the Falcons and then drafting Michael Penix Jr. the 35-year old QB essentially walked into the exact situation he was walking away from and Dylan questions if this could have caused any type of turmoil between the Falcons and Cousins.
