Tommy Hunter says he didn’t truly become a man until he was 44 years old.

After years of childhood trauma, broken relationships, anger, divorce, and destructive patterns, Tommy reached a point where something had to change. That change started when he began looking at love through the words of 1 Corinthians 13 and realized love wasn’t just something he was supposed to feel. It was something he had to become.

In this episode, Tommy sits down with Jose and LJ and shares the parts of his story that most people would rather keep hidden. He talks about childhood abuse, the damage it caused in his relationships with women, the collapse of his first marriage, losing his son, and how God began rebuilding his life and marriage from the ground up.

The conversation also gets into why so many men struggle to open up, why accountability matters, what biblical manhood actually looks like, and why every man needs people in his life who are willing to tell him the truth.
