An educator, community advocate, researcher, and consultant, Dr. Dennis is very heavy on community activism and visibility. Join us as we talk about how pronatalism relates to crime, about her research on childfree African diaspora people around the World, and about pro-life childfree people. In this episode of The Honest Uproar, Dr. Hannah Short GP (family doctor in the UK) talks about how she was ambivalent about having children, and how now she is childfree by circumstance and has fully embraced the lifestyle. She was diagnosed with endometriosis and she underwent surgical menopause in her mid-thirties, and even though this surgery was pivotal for her health she still had to bear hearing some comments that are way too familiar to us CF women. Fuel that Fire!

This week's guest is Imi, a psychotherapist and coach based in the UK. She has a practice called Eggshell Therapy, she is an author and she is the host of the Eggshell Transformations podcast. Imi works with people who are emotionally intense, as in people who have been told they feel too much, they are too sensitive and overbearing. Fuel that Fire!

We invited Khaysan, the founder of Project Athlete, and our aim was to talk a bit about health and fitness but we focused mainly on mindset and how that is the key to achieving everything that you set your mind to!  You will learn that she does not identify as CF (she's an on-fencer) but her reasoning behind the question of to mother or not is definitely food for thought. Fuel that Fire!

Episode 16 features Kristen Tsetsi, one of the three Founding Non-Mothers of Childfree Girls! Kristen is a writer, she's the author of three novels, the latest being "The Age of the Child" in which the main character is a childfree woman who finds herself pregnant (Yah, I know! This is the stuff that nightmares are made of!). Fuel that Fire!

In this episode of the Megaphone, in order to illustrate the perks of being childfree in regards to our potential sex life, Isabel talks about how intimacy changes after people become parents. She also illustrates how NOT ALL childfree women are crazed, promiscuous sex machines, like some very conservative parents see us (have you gotten bingoed with the "you are childfree because you want to have a wild sex life, but when you have a kid you'll settle down"?). Our new episode features Firecracker Amy, a Canadian freelancer who has chosen a nomadic lifestyle as well as a childfree one. Join us as we talk about online dating, on how finding like-minded people can boost your self-esteem, and how some people have caved in to societal pressure and have become parents even when they didn't want to.
