In this episode of The Honest Uproar, Dr. Hannah Short GP (family doctor in the UK) talks about how she was ambivalent about having children, and how now she is childfree by circumstance and has fully embraced the lifestyle. She was diagnosed with endometriosis and she underwent surgical menopause in her mid-thirties, and even though this surgery was pivotal for her health she still had to bear hearing some comments that are way too familiar to us CF women. This week's guest is Imi, a psychotherapist and coach based in the UK. She has a practice called Eggshell Therapy, she is an author and she is the host of the Eggshell Transformations podcast. Imi works with people who are emotionally intense, as in people who have been told they feel too much, they are too sensitive and overbearing. We invited Khaysan, the founder of Project Athlete, and our aim was to talk a bit about health and fitness but we focused mainly on mindset and how that is the key to achieving everything that you set your mind to!  You will learn that she does not identify as CF (she's an on-fencer) but her reasoning behind the question of to mother or not is definitely food for thought.
