Following a sudden knee injury, recent Honors grad Rohitram Upendram found himself without the appropriate medical device to elevate his leg for optimal healing. Inspired by necessity, he invented, built, and received a provisional patent for an innovative device to help others with similar injuries. This week, we talk to Rohitram about inspiration, ingenuity, and developing his own inventions while still a senior at the USF Judy Genshaft Honors College. Plus, we talk to Assistant Dean Cayla Lanier about the new Sarasota-Manatee campus residence hall and Honors LLC.
Don’t forget to rate and leave a review – we love to hear your feedback. Until next time, Go Bulls!
