There is an initiative in front of the City of Bellingham regarding renter relocation assistance. This is where a landlord would have to give the renter 90 days worth of rent before evicting them in a no cause eviction.

I was on the freeway and was able to capture in real time a traffic stop where the driver of a commercial vehicle drove for almost 3 minutes, with a Sheriff cruiser behind him, with emergency lights activated before pulling his vehicle over. I further analyze the potential threats that may lay waiting in that situation.
