Sunday night sees the dawn of the post-TakeOver era in NXT as the stars of the black & gold brand face off against their new paint-splashed 2.0 edition colleagues inside the famous War Games structure.

Ash & Paul look forward to the big event and also recap recent events in the world of wrestling including the titanic promo battle between MJF and CM Punk that has rocked AEW to its core.

This week Ash & Paul focus on the upcoming AEW Full Gear PPV as they give their picks for the winners and assess which matches will steal the show. Not easy to pick just one!

The guys also look back at the positives and negatives of the week in WWE. From the highs of WWE's fantastic UK tour, to the lows of yet another batch of talented stars being released.

- NXT Halloween Havoc: Spooktacular or Ghoulish?
- SmackDown

- The future of Ring Of Honor
- AEW and Full Gear on the horizon

Thank you as always for subscribing and listening. We really appreciate you lending us your ears for an hour each week.

This weeks Hooked On Wrestling Show runs down WWE's Crown Jewel event from Saudi Arabia.

Ash and Paul run down the key matches and give their verdict on the event as a whole, discuss where it sits in WWE as a whole and break down why this event suggests a positive shift in the positioning of the Saudi events going forward.

This PPV felt like a proper WWE event with substance rather than an odd, non-canon fever dream.

Thanks for listening and subscribing. If you like what you hear, please drop us a message on Twitter at any of our handles below.
