Okay, on today's episode we continue with the guard your heart series and we specifically speak in line with Jesus's instructions to us in Mathew 5, where He commanded us to forgive and pray for our enemies. This episode speaks to the importance of guarding our hearts against all forms of unforgiveness and ensuring that we dont create a breeding space for all fairy darts of hate and hurt the enemy throws at us. Nevertheless, the episode emphasizes the importance of creating a safe space for ourselves even as we show love to those who may have hurt us.
