The Hope Box.

Our amazing intern Dory sat down with Sarah Koeppen and Emily Virkler to interview them. Asking them questions she has always wanted to know. Listen in and feel inspired.

This is a follow-up to I do hard things part 1. In this episode, you will hear about boundaries and trauma and how you can set yourself up for a healthy response.

Boundaries, Family, Healing, and breaking cycles.

In one minute everything is perfect but in the next, your whole world can change.

Sarah is married and has five children. Sarah’s journey began years ago when a young child was dropped off at her front door. She studied the law and eventually was able to secure sole custody of the child.
