 He is an artist out of sunset park Brooklyn, NY of Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican descent. He started to write and sing his own music at 16  m by writing Christian music and then expanded. Tim took his time learning how to sound and explored Reggae, Pop, and R&B because they were in his heart. Music has helped him navigate life's ups and downs to get through emotional times. Music has allowed him to share his heart and soul with the world. So sit back relax and take this emotional ride into his music catalog.

In today's episode. I strip away layers and get a little personal. I've learned some lessons over the last few months and want to share them with you all. 
I wrote a book called Shallow River to Deep Ocean (A mans guide to understanding his woman by first understanding himself).  So many people think it a book about relationships. It's not. It's a book about Men looking for answers inside themselves. Well this last year has forced me to put the program to the test. I'm happy to report it's worked. Hope my transparency helps someone out there on their journey of healing.

Yoga and Meditation Instructor
As a world explorer and entrepreneur, Ginette had the opportunity to learn yoga and meditation in different countries. She first discovered yoga in 2012  in Nairobi, Kenya with Yogi Khartik, who inspired her to use her intuition for healing,  to connect with nature, and to better understand people’s needs. She traveled often to India to learn yoga and meditation. She officially became a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India where she focused on therapy yoga.

On her quest for a deep meditation technique, she was drawn to Vipassana's 10-day silent meditation in Rajasthan, India, and spent some time learning Tibetan yoga in the mountains of McLeod, Dharamsala where the Dalai Lama resides.

In recent years, she spends most of the year by the seaside mountains of Northern Italy where she currently organizes hiking and yoga retreats.
