As the focus turns to our guest Mr. Wright, we touch on a variety of topics.  Ross talks about his vast legal experience.  He addresses his early adoption of cryptocurrency and other alternative means of finance and payments.  Mr. Wright describes his passion for solar and wind power and walks us through some of his interesting experiences in terms of living off the grid.

Welcome back to the H&S podcast.  This week, we welcome a returning guest Oscar Nicholson and his cousin Antoine.  Our listeners will remember Oscar from Episode #37 where we discussed his food truck and touched on some 420 topics.  During that episode, Oscar mentioned his cousin Antoine and suggested we have him on.  What makes this week's episode unique, is that Antoine is currently incarcerated.  

We chop it up this week with Antoine about his time behind bars, some of the lessons he's learned during this time, and what he is most looking forward too, once he completes his sentence.  We also hit on some other topics like sports and other things where Oscar and Antoine offer a funny take on things.  Y'all be on the look out for their podcast when it debuts later this year!

We talk about the various types of cyber threats that are out there and Mr. Williams offers some tips to help keep yourself and your data protected.  

The episode concludes with Eku and the podmates discussing his role as Chair for the African American Alumni Affiliate (4A) for the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Williams walks us through some of the triumphs and challenges that position entails while also laughing it up with the fellas about days gone past.
