Rising UK star Nectar Woode stops by the studio to spill on her sold-out Australian tour, navigating deadly cockatoos, and the emotional story behind casually sliding into Sir Elton John's DMs to play keys on her track! From finding her roots in Ghana to going full "boss bitch" on stage, this chat is pure magic.

DMA's guitarist Johnny Took stops by the studio to spill on self-producing their massive new record, why handing their music over to the world feels terrifyingly beautiful, and what it’s really like when 19-year-old fans tell you your classic anthems soundtracked their childhood living-room dance parties!

The fabulous Rhys Nicholson joins Nic and Loren to spill all the chaotic behind-the-scenes tea on surviving The Traitors Australia, including how running up a hill nearly broke his lungs and why confronting a room full of "sociopaths" was harder than anything on Drag Race! He also gets painfully real about accidental pro-life merch fails and calling out network execs who claimed Australia wasn't ready for two queer hosts.

Bear Grylls baptised Russell Brand in the freezing, murky River Thames, and naturally, Nic and Loren have pivoted straight into an absurd engineering masterclass on how to crane cement slabs in and drain every river across Australia. From dodging river knives to waiting for Shrek to call the studio, this tangent goes fully off the deep end.

We all have those slightly petty, borderline unforgivable habits that we secretly stand by, and this chat opened the floodgates to Australia’s most chaotic daily confessions! From intentionally making direct eye contact and walking straight into people who refuse to stick to the left of the footpath, to slowing right down just to watch aggressive tailgaters rage in traffic, the sheer level of public stubbornness is unmatched. Callers phoned in to expose their wildest anti-social behaviors including retail workers who openly admit to deliberately squashing the bread of rude customers at checkout, delivery drivers stomping on grocery orders out of pure spite, and shoppers playing chicken with distracted phone-scrollers in busy shopping centers!
