The House Nerds Show was created by investors for investors, specifically in the Jackson, MS market. This is not a linear, "how to" podcast. This podcast will be full of stories and conversations about real estate investing. Both the new and seasoned investor will find value and hopefully some entertainment as we talk about our bumps and bruises and a few successes.
