This week on the House of Gozer Podcast we're digging into the latest DC Studios updates. Animated Absolute Batman, along with the arrival of the animated first look of one of the greatest Batman Stories ever told Batman: Knightfall. Our main story is the arrival of Supergirl, the 2nd movie to bare the DC studios brand and one we were eager to see. And while we had a pretty good time with the movie, Supergirl it seems got sentenced to death by angry thumbnail. Is the movie perfect? Of course not, but the amount of hate surrounding it raises a much bigger question about modern fandom, pre-existing bias, and what happens when opinions about the character, or the woman playing her, become louder than the movie itself.
