This week we get to sit down with an underrated hero of society. This person is not only responsible for the molding of the minds of her own children, but molding the minds of other people's children. She was an elementary teacher who retired after 20+ years. Today she continues her teaching career as a college level Spanish teacher. It is with great pleasure that I introduce you to Ms. Elvira Olivetti AKA my mom. She shares with us the reason why she loves teaching young minds, how fulfilling it is to see her students succeed, and why it's important to cherish each moment of your career.
