This week we are joined in the Ampify Studio by Alan Smith who was Carlow first in many walks.... Carlow's first Republic of Ireland debutant, he was also integral in setting up the Carlow girls academy leagues and was the boss on the line when Carlow won the Gaynor Cup in 2023 which was a fantastic achievement for Carlow Soccer.
