We have an incredbile determiantion to make football as fun as possible at the Football Fun Factory, and that is why it is this weeks Word of the Week!
What does it take to be a good football coach? Do you need to have played the game professionally to be able to teach the next generation?
Or does it really matter whether you've played football or do you just need to have a real love for the game?
ln the latest episode of the FFF podcast, James, Jonny and Luke debate whether playing the game to a high standard makes any difference in being a good coach.
Responsibility is our Word of the Week at the Football Fun Factory this week. At our sessions, we teach children about responsibility each week, but this week we will be making an extra focus on this.
Our word of the week at our Football Fun Factory sessions this week is trust!
Throughout our sessions this week, we’ll be talking to the children about what trust means, how we as coaches show it and how the children can show it too.
We are so lucky to coach so many fantastic children who already showcase these skills so amazingly, and we cannot wait to focus on it even more during our sessions this week.

As you all know, we try to turn any challenge into an opportunity here at the FFF, and this week we’ll be talking to the children all about how they can turn challenges they face into brilliant opportunities for themselves to learn.
Series two of The Football Fun Factory podcast is here and we are buzzing to be back to discuss the big topics in children's football!
We are here to tackle the biggest topics in children's football and they don't come much bigger than this episode as we ask which Blue Card is better, the FFFs or the FAs!
Now the Football Fun Factory has been using blue cards since our inception some 6 years ago to reward children for showing fantastic human qualities. And as of next season, the FA will be introducing a blue card where the player receiving it will have a 10 minute sin bin!
We love to showcase our incredible experiences here at the Football Fun Factory, and that’s why it is this weeks Word of the Week!
Throughout our sessions this week, we will be speaking to the children all about what showcase means and how the children can apply it within their football sessions with us.
We love to see children showcasing their skills at the FFF, whether they are football skills, or just positive life skills.
We can’t wait to see the children in action and we’ll certainly be on the lookout for those who showcase some brilliant character traits.
This week we’re focusing on influence as our word of the week across all of our sessions at the Football Fun Factory
As football coaches in our local communities, we have the opportunity to be an amazing positive influence on so many children through the programmes that we deliver.
The effect and impact that we can have on children is truly amazing.
We will be talking to the children this week about how they can all use positive influence to make our sessions an incredible place to be, but also how they can positively influence people around them to make our community a brilliant place to be.
