So many of us are experiencing burnout since COVID-19. We're working remotely and juggling a busy working environment along with many other reasons. 

In this episode, I share my own experiences and insights as to what is causing burnout for remote workers in 2020 and what we can do for ourselves and each other to ensure we are sustaining for the future- whatever that looks like.
