I have always treaded people equally with kindness and respect whether you're a cleaner, millionaire or a billionaire, I never forget where I came from and always focussed on being kind to everyone.  

I say to people; don't give me any excuses, your background, education, finance etc. 

I started with nothing, been in 3 recession and now Covid19 4th recession, had no special education, left school at age 14, grew up in a very rough part of South London, parents didn't give me any money to start the business, and I have been able to create a very large business and truly have the dream life that I am very grateful for.  

I owe a lot of gratitude to  my amazing wife Jenny who has been my rock for 26 years and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here today.    

My business is 4th on my list; my family, my health, my mindset and my business comes 4th. 

To be truly successful in life and business you got to have your priorities right and surround yourself with good and positive people, because none can do it alone.

 Your family and your team are most important for your success, happiness and fulfilment.

Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.
