Happy Monday! 👋 This week, our mini-episode is about creativity 🔥🔥 — specifically how it can be the solution to these two major challenges in the legal world ... ⚖️
1️⃣ Burnout in in-house roles.
2️⃣ The lack of efficiency in law firms.
These 2 main challenges come from the latest data from the report issued last week by Axiom Global Inc. It's alarming! 🚨 No wonder, folks are actively looking to change jobs ...
Heres the data:
💥 97% report stress and burnout and 39% report it was severe.
💥 96% report aspects of their current work is unengaging or not challenging.
💥 83% said law firms are not completely effective for their needs due to the expense, administrative hassle, and lengthy onboarding process.
📽️ Let’s explore how creative problem-solving can help break through these barriers and bring more flow, fun, and efficiency into your legal work.✨
After all, creativity is a set of techniques that helps solve new or old problems in powerful ways! This week is shaping up to be a creative one for me:
