Why do people procrastinate? We can all come up with any and all reasons to delay doing something, but what's really going on?
If you feel like procrastination is ruining your life, the reality is you are sabotaging your life. The question is why? And in today's episode we discuss a few reasons that, hopefully, will resonate with you. And, ideally, bring the awareness you seek in order to end the procrastination narrative you struggle with.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are not a problem. Your supposed brokenness is part of your journey and can, in fact, make you stronger. Instead of running from your problems, learn to embrace them and heal in spite of them.
In today's episode I offer some insight and a solution that will help you learn to heal. Even if you feel completely broken, now is the time to put yourself back together using an ancient Japanese are form. The concepts of these art forms can transform your life and add beauty to your life like never before.
Take a lesson from Eckhart Tolle when it comes to "bad things" happening in your life. His thoughts on the matter could open your eyes if you allow them to do so. In today's raw and unedited episode, I share a reading from his book "The Power of Now" along with my thoughts on the matter and how you can apply it all to your life. If you want to end the drama in your life, this episode is for you.

Hope is so important. It is necessary to get us through hard times. But sometimes it can also get in the way of us taking action or, perhaps, putting to much faith in something that does not deserve our faith. Hope is real and it is powerful, but be aware of false hope created by the Ego. It will keep you trapped in hopelessness.
In today's episode I sit down with my good friend, Jay DePietro, who is a PTSD survivor now helping others do the same. We touch on so many authentic topics and narratives, but they all revolve around how our perspective on life, trauma, or our situation (whatever it may be) can either hinder us or help us.
This episode is proof that our past does not define us and healing our trauma is completely possible.
Jay's story is a powerful one and the work he does with others is equally powerful. If you want to know his story more or touch base with him, here is where you can find him:

Today's episode is an excerpt from the book I am working on. And this section about Fear is one of the most important aspects of any human's journey. What Fear is holding us back and keep us tethered to a way of living that no longer serves us? These are important things to think about, my friends. Listen to this episode closely and contemplate these concepts deeply. You can be fearless in time!

It's time to dismantle the old school mentality and narrative of "being a man." Because the reality is, whatever it used to mean, it doesn't work anymore. Being a man is not about "walking it off" or "not letting them see you cry." It's not about bravado and machismo. It's about being emotionally, mentally, and spiritually healthy as a human being. And today, not only do I debunk the toxic masculinity narrative, I also give some tips on how to become a healthy human, regardless of gender.

The words "sacrifice" and "perspective" came up a lot in my life and conversations this week. So I came up with an interesting challenge for you, my friends, and I hope it resonates with you.
This is a quick listen, but something I am going to do occasionally to bring in the moment challenges and narratives to life in the hopes they hit home with others. This could be the best five to six minutes of your day. So enjoy!

Today, my good friend, Ryan, joins me on the show to discuss life as a millennial. But there is a lot more to the episode than it simply being about life as a twenty eight year old. It's a mix of witty banter and authentic vulnerability ranging in topics from online dating to finding our purpose in life. And even though there is a span of sixteen years between Ryan and I, and our paths in life have been very different, there are so many narratives we have in common. And I think many may resonate with you!
