She found the Life is Cinema method, using film as a tool and mindfulness as a practice in facilitating many workshops, interactive film performances and coaching individuals. In which people share an experience of going through their emotions together.

Naeeda Aurangzeb is a Dutch-Pakistani writer and journalist. She hosted for many years radio and tv programmes for Dutch media. Her books 365 dagen Nederlander en He lekker ding, 365 dagen Vrouw are available in bookshops.
