You DO in fact have to take a shot every time Minovsky says a monster is one of their favorites. But it's ok, you also have to drink a whole glass of water every time Allen and I admit that for all the shit we give Minovsky for their enthusiasm, Monster Hunter designs just kinda don't miss, so at least you won't get hung over. We even kept a Great monster this time! As in one of the ones with the prefix "Great." Listen if you play MonHun you get it.
