On this episode, I visited the DIY Law office on Lagos Island and had a chat with one of the co-founders, Odun Longe. Odun is simply one of the best tech lawyers I know out of Nigeria. She is one of 3 female co-founders of The Longe Practice which is a startup focused law firm and DIYLaw, Nigeria’s foremost legal technology company helping entrepreneurs have access to legal services and information. She has previously worked as a Legal Counsel in both FBN Capital and ARM Group.
In this episode, we talked about her journey to being an entrepreneur, the difference between The Longe Practice and DIYLaw, how female entrepreneurs can break into the Nigerian tech ecosystem, What it was like starting a company as 3 female co-founders.
This recording was done on a very busy day in the heart of Lagos and so you will hear a lot of car horns buzzing for the most part of the podcast. Apologies in advance. But anyways, I am sure you will still enjoy the podcast.
