On this episode of THMMDI, we speak to Daniel Yarzagaray-Modjeska, founder and operator behind one of Nashville’s most successful and sought after food-trucks, Chivanada. Daniel and the team at Chivanada have had a humble journey in our city, powered by big expansion dreams. Chivanada is changing the way people think about and eat Colombian street food, and plan to bring their delicious concept to the masses. Daniel dives deep on what inspired him to leave his corporate job to pursue a venture in one of the toughest industries in America – food. The journey has not been easy, but with a business degree, a whole lot of risk, optimism and a strong support system, Daniel has successfully led Chivanada to be a staple in the Nashville community.
