Steve Abson is the CEO of Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ). In his opening address at the IAQ Annual Queensland Infrastructure Summit, he discusses how IAQ has been working with industry state wide to help the continued growth of infrastructure in Queensland. Sunwater is a bulk water infrastructure developer and manager that owns $13 billion dollars of water infrastructure  assets and supply 40% of all water used commercially in Queensland. They support the mining, power, and irrigated agricultural industries in Queensland. Alex Fisher is the Executive General Manager of Asset Strategy and Delivery and she discusses Sunwater's plan  for the Forward Capital program.

She plays an important role in contributing her keen intellect into the issues of funding the right projects at the right time to maintain confidence in the government. She discusses where the Commonwealth Government has been funding infrastructure projects and how that benefits the different areas of Australia.

A panel of experts discusses overcoming public barriers to funding reforms. The panel is moderated by Helen Hutchings (Head of Marketing and Engagement at Phillips Group), Brendan Lyon (CEO of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia), John Scales (Managing director of JWS Research), Kirstie O'Connell (Project Director of Next Gen Engagement Project) graeme Netwon (CEO of the Cross River Rail Project).

An expert panel discusses the benefits of regional investment in Queensland. Tasman Graham from Advisian moderates the panel, consisting of John Cotter (Managing Director of Initiative Capital), Amanda Copping (Executive Director of Origination for NAIF), Damian Gould (CEO of Building Queensland),  and Marion Terrill (Grattan Institute).

NAIF is a long term intiative into developing Northern Australia and offers up to $5 billion over 5 years to encourage and compliment private sector investment opportunities into infrastructure that benefits Northern Australia. Amanda Kopping is the Executive Director of Origination from NAIF and she discusses how investments in northern and regional Queensland will benefit all of the public.

Adrian Dwyer is the Executive Director of Ploicy and Research at Infrastructure Australia. In this episode he discusses about how fuel excess isn't covering the costs of road maintenance anymore and we need to reform the current policies to reflect the changes in road technology.
