On Friday, Jane Hall from the Manx Art Directory brought with her a very special guest - award winning ice sculptor Darren Jackson. Along with his wife, Stephanie Quayle, Darren is responsible for the Douglas Town Centre Christmas Ice Sculptures - and also the popular Loughtan Ram and Manannan Mac Lir giant creations that have been displayed around the Island. We asked him to stay behind after the show so we could grill him some more about his work.
