The Ideas Lab founder John Williams John Williams has helped thousands of people to find something they love, get it started, and make a living out of it. He first appeared on the show back on episode 77 in 2014 and then was running the Screw Work Academy and was happy to tell us he was a self confessed Creative Maverick. But has he changed over the years or actually just became more maverick and playful? After being in corporate land in the UK for many years, working for such companies as Deloitte, John Williams quit his job with the firm intention to never work again. He wanted to create a world that in the words of Richard Branson “I don’t think of work as work, and play as play its all living”.
