Disney's animated film Encanto was brilliant, beautiful and magical. On today's episode we are going to discuss the many golden spiritual nuggets I found in this film. One of the biggest take aways from this film is the fact that it speaks to dysfunctions in the family and generational trauma that gets passed down from generation to generation. I was captivated by the lessons, and symbology of the whole movie and break it down for you from a spiritual coaching perspective. 

On today's episode of Spiritual Talk we are going to be discussing the huge spiritual lesson on my book Safe. This book was published back in 2014 and when it was released I was the happiest I could be. Not only did this book provide me with great insight into the many different types of relationships in my life but it helped me heal from a lot of traumatic events in my life. In July of this year I was led to republish this book with a new book cover, and a name change. To be honest I had no clue why I was being led down this road but I followed orders none the less. Once the republishing was complete I put it aside and felt my job was final until I was encouraged to talk about it publicly with my audience on the many platforms I have. Hearing this gave me pause because I did not want to share this book due to it not really being centered around my spiritual platform. The angels and ascended masters made sure to make it very clear to me why this book is important and pointed out the obvious reason why it is spiritual in nature - this is where the lesson comes in. So join me as I tell you how my book Safe came to be, what it taught me, and why it is so important for you to acknowledge all of your accomplishments.
