  • The Mets win another solid game to sweep the series against the D-Backs, 4-2, following a great start from Jacob Degrom.
  • The mets got the scoring started with a sac fly from Francisco Lindor and a rbi single from Conforto. 2 insurance runs later and another solid performance from the bullpen the mets grab th 4-2 win

    Matt Allen - will undergo Tommy John surgery

    Storylines:

    • Jacob Degrom comes out in the after throwing warm up pitches in the 6th inning with right lat tightness
    • Degrom tests negative for MRI, and on IL
    • Lindor finally breaking out of slump
