It feels sooooo good to be back after my month off in April! However, my break was nothing that I envisioned. It seems that the Universe really, really wants us to wake up and pay attention right now. Two weeks ago Saturn moved into Pisces. A few days ago we celebrated the return of Spring (or Fall) with the Equinox and a new cycle with the beginning of Aries Season. And, that's not all the Universe has for us.

The day this episode is released, March 23, 2023 (3/23/23 - who can make that up?!) marks the movement of the small but mighty planet, Pluto, out of Capricorn and into Aquarius.

All the planetary movements affect each of us individually as well as collectively. In this episode (which is important and relevant for the next 20 years while Pluto moves through Aquarius) reflects on what we've experienced while Pluto has been in Capricorn and gives you a glimpse into some of what we might experience as it moves into and through Aquarius.

New beginnings. New energies. New seasons. It's the beginning of a new astrological year, a new cycle. I've wanted to have a conversation around the science of trauma and healing, and I found the perfect guest for it! Dr. Amy Hoyt  experienced trauma at a very young age. She built a career around the study and research of trauma, forgiveness and agency. We packed a lot in this fascinating conversation,!
