Some distractions may not seem obvious, as they could be apart of your daily routine. What worked in the past will not work moving forward. Distractions are apart of old comfort-zones and feel normal, good and right. BUT, they keep you from going deeper and from your light. So... it is time to change things up and the new ways might not feel natural or normal right away. That's ok, stick with it and you will see. ;)

In the old paradigm desire was shunned as a distraction, blinding, a sin or addiction, and it was. Now that we get to take down old structures and rebuild them to suit the new paradigm, we get to be responsible Beings in which energies we choose. Desire is the fire within your soul, the fuel to your action, the wind beneath your wings. Enjoy <3

The ascension process from 3rd Dimensional into 5th Dimensional living will require the embodiment of your divine light. It is time to heal your relationship to and with God, Goddess, Source, Universe, Spirit or Divine Light (however you feel comfortable referring to your higher power.) It is also time to get to know it again, forgive and heal any old disappointments or resentments that may have caused lack of faith. Love is the only way. <3

You are your soul and the infinite light within it. Being in your flow is listening and responding to your inner soul communication. This requires you trust yourself (soul/ light). Your flow has it's own rhythm and timing. The New Paradigm is yours for the taking once you are able to dance to the rhythm of your own beat, trust your inner guidance and follow it. We have entered eclipse season and the new moon, solar eclipse in cancer on June 21st will be ringing in the next 35 year cycle. You are ready and your soul is ready to embrace your life anew. It is time to emerge from the inside out and live from your soul and as your soul. It's ok to mourn the past but it's time to let it go. Enjoy.

There is a learning curve to increasing your vibration. As you are evolving your consciousness there will be levels to get used to. New experiences of your essence may feel uncomfortable and even unsettling in the beginning.
