Behind every action/ choice is a feeling and behind every feeling is a need. These needs were created from lack. (Given that all your basic needs are taken care of, such as clean water, food, shelter and safety). When you heal through the lack patterns, wholeness takes the place of need. Enjoy <3

Shadow work is often considered scary and undesirable. Consider this, what if your shadow is something harmless and potentially positive? The New Paradigm requires conscious energy awareness. Because it is your energy that gets to contain your light. If one over-gives from a place of need and lack, the energy flow becomes disempowering.
