Welcome back to The Illustrated Motherhood Podcast. I am so glad you are here. Today I speak to you about guilt. Not mom guilt, not dad guilt... just guilt. I give some personal experiences and some ways I have worked through the guilt others put on me and the guilt I put on myself. EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I talk about the shift I have made recently in how I hold space for that guilt. How I give myself grace and how I remind myself of how amazing my children are.
I hope you are heard today. I hope you are seen. Because I see YOU. I hear YOU and I am YOU!
