Comparing them is useful as we move forward toward a functional resolution.

Senate Bill S386 has engendered a lot of heated debate on listserves and social media about its effect on both Indian and Chinese Nationals and The Rest of the World (ROW). We take another dive into the AMENDED S386 and its effect on the H-1B visa category (not good), and the Buy-Offs for nurses and physical therapists. We also talk about the real numbers and traumatic impact on ROW immigration and our economy over the next decade.

We take a super deep dive into Senate Bill 386 (#S386), its background, the current law, the changes the bill would make, the virtual elimination of legal employment based immigration from anywhere by India for the next decade, and what can be done to fix this bill.

We look at new polling that show that 80% of all Americans support a legalization program, and that same pool shows that 78% of republicans think Immigration is more critical an issue than foreign interference in our elections! We also chat about several lawsuits challenging USCIS Acting Director Cuccinelli's job, and the H-1B lottery. And, we take a quick look at the ICE agents now firing weapons at "fugitives."
