This week I'm joined by another true Impact Dad, Mr. Dan Mathews from Missouri. I met Dan in 2020 while performing a wedding where I was the DJ, and he and his wife were the wedding coordinator team. Dan showed himself to be a really cool guy, and as we hit it off, I realized that we had a lot in common, particularly with our beliefs about passive income and lifestyle freedom.
On this episode, Dan takes us through what life is like as a Nomadic Outdoorsman, renovating RV's with his wife, with the two of them consciously choosing to live life on their terms, where their kids come first before anything. His path is God first, Spouse second, kids third, and then career. Dan talks about his podcast "The Nomadic Outdoorsman", and about the surrogacy journey that he and his wife are currently involved in. Subscribe and download this episode today!

In this episode, we're joined by former Cincinnati Bengals WR Tim McGee. Tim is a husband of 35 years, and a father to three beautiful daughters. Tim is now a serial entrepreneur, still based in Cincinnati, OH.
There was a structure to this episode, but as you know, conversations between friends can often take a turn. Tim talks about his post-football life, and offers that he's received that he turned down in order to be present with his family. He believes in presence over presents, and that there's no amount of money that can replace being there for his family. Of course, he still is balancing work and play, as he's got a six-figure education bill for his daughters!
Things went off-script when they began talking about the direction of the Bengals, what they should do with their draft picks this year, and then somehow they ended up trying to determine who was the better basketball player. Tune in!

What if one day in the middle of your prime, an illness hit you and almost took your life? What if you had to learn how to walk again? Could you press on?
In this episode of The Impact Dad, Aaron is joined by esteemed coach, speaker and author of "Indifferent Strokes: Embracing Life's Adversities", Mr. Terrance Minnoy. For Terrance, one of life's "adversities" meant starting over after having 3 strokes in the middle of his healthy prime. Instead of having a negative attitude, Terrance has used his situation as motivation to help others overcome and "surthrive".
Terrance is the father of 3 kids, and has an amazing, truly inspiring story behind his relationships with each one of them. It's hard not to be motivated to be better and make more of an impact after hearing this story.
It's time to take things to another level as we kick off season 4. As always, hit subscribe to keep with us as we keep making an impact!

Santino pulls the credit for the slogan for today's podcast. This wasn't supposed to be a particularly long episode, but it got a little spirited as we debated football (as usual), football in the midst of a pandemic, and of course, how we're handling the responsibility of keeping our families safe AND SANE during this unprecedented times. Plus, how do you feel about masks and lockdowns? Inevitable? Good or bad? You decide. Thanks for tuning in!
Whew! Episode 5 had a little spice to it! The crew was all back together to discuss the results of the election. It seems that the phrase "It's over" isn't working for everybody... Also, the crew was asked a question regarding what is one of the most challenging things we deal with as dads, and HOW are we dealing with it. Join us as we get vulnerable in our different ways. As is the norm, Jamie and Aaron were going at it again because it's Steelers Week in the NFL, pitting Jamie's Steelers against Aaron's Bengals. See who has the upper hand. Last but not least, the crew began discussing the importance of passive income in the lives of attentive dads! Like, subscribe, share!
