With Joshua Carr, it was only through hard work and determination where he was able to achieve the accolades. Growing up, Josh was considered the "skinny" guy, where he had suffered social anxiety through high school, a mental health issue that many young people may be experiencing today. Now, instead of Josh Carr looking at himself as a burden, he had seen the light at the end of the tunnel, hope to eventually achieve the goal of making his NRL debut.

Currently signed at the Cronulla Sharks, Josh Carr is recovering from his injury he had experienced. In this episode, Josh shares on his insights, reminiscing the great junior rugby league games playing with our Host. He also touches on mental health, and how he dealt with his social anxiety.

With Faamanu Brown, he was one of the many rugby league players who were able to play NRL professionally for Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. Just like any dream in life, comes a sacrifice. Nu Brown shares in this episode on his journey to the NRL stage, moving from New Zealand, to Australia to pursue his career dream. As he started to excel in his rugby league career, a setback was experienced along the journey, countless injuries. Due to his injuries, Mr Brown had to undergo surgery on his foot, multiple times. Currently signed at the West Tigers, Will is a man who does not carry his faith lightly, being part of a family who are heavily involved in the Seventh-Day Adventist faith. Because of this, Mr Fine has been inspired to follow his passion in footy, whilst also being able to study a course to become a youth worker. In this episode, Josh has the honors of touching base with Matthew Vidal, a man who Josh grew up with during his adolescent years. Matthew came over from Queensland, where he had the privilege to play at Cabramatta Two Blues, the same team as our host. This is where they had connected. As the years went by, so did his passion for rugby league. Once Mr Vidal graduated from high school, captaining his Westfields Sports High School Team in 2016 to win the GIO Schoolboys Cup, he made the conscious decision to leave the game. Once he left the game of rugby league, he had found a new passion in his life... that being Body Building.
