Lo McShay began her professional career in the Boston advertising industry working across traditional and digital media landscapes. Her work with national and international brands including General Motors and Emirates, developed her project, client and budget management skills.

With a lifelong passion for entertaining, Lo focused these talents on a new venture – LoLo Event Design. What began around a dining room table has grown into a highly sought-after boutique event design and coordination firm named “2015 Best of Boston” by The Improper Bostonian.

In 2018, Lo launched The #Girlbossbride Guide to bring her process of planning and styling to the woman who wants to be the CEO of her wedding. This virtual guide aims to make the planning process fun, while empowering couples to design a day as unique as their love story.
