When things are not moving in a way you wanted/ planned, it is a huge opportunity to sit down with those plans. It is an amazing time to embrace your feelings and yet receive the message from the Universe because there is a sign in the stillness and we all need to receive that in order to shift our lives in a way we want.

Sometimes it is not working hard, running from one place to another, but slowing down and really understanding what life means for you.

My challenge to you after finishing this episode is, go ahead and sit down with yourself. Take time with you more than ever with no phone, no computer, no one with you; JUST YOU & your soul. Then, start listening to your soul, listen to the Universe, God…
