Joseph didn't ask to be sold into slavery, or put in prison for something he hadn't done, but those were the breaks that life dealt him, and throughout those unjust and difficult times he kept his peace and did not complain, because the Lord gave him favour wherever he was. And that's the same way the Lord will deal with we Christians if we keep a good and Christ-like attitude when the storms of life batter us. No, it's not easy, but with prayer and study of God's word, understanding who we are in Christ, and the promises that belong to us as a believer, we will be enabled to bear our trials without too much complaining or being angry with God, knowing that He will work it all out for our benefit in the long run. That's possibly the most important promise we need to remember when we go through the rough times of life. Yes friends, victory will be ours in the end, if we stand strong and steadfast in Christ! Much LOVE!
