Reeshemah Davis is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Embolden Action, a consulting firm focused on community engagement, systems change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Reeshemah has over 20 years of senior executive leadership experience working with nonprofits like the YMCA.

Reeshemah holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University, as well as many other certifications in the DEI and leadership spaces. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University.
