Ronnie Coleman is the Co-founder and CEO of Meaningful Gigs, a strong community of African designers aimed at building jobs in the creative, marketing, and advertising spaces. Ronnie’s goal is to create 100,000 skilled jobs for Africans by 2028.
Ronnie immigrated to the United States from Ghana when he was 19 and worked as an Account Executive at HyperOffice. From there, he was a founding team member and Head of Growth and Business Development at StayNTouch. Ronnie also was a Co-founder of Art Lab DC and is currently the Co-founder of The Black Exchange.

Rae Ringel is the Founder and President of The Ringel Group, a coaching and training agency helping leaders become stronger and more successful. She is a faculty member at the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership, where she is the founding director of their certificate program in the Art of Facilitation and Design. Rae also teaches at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

The Miami DDA advocates, facilitates, plans, and executes business development, capital improvements, and communications strategies for the district.

Joanna Landau is the Founder and CEO of Vibe Israel, a nonprofit organization using social media and country branding strategies to change the way people think and feel about Israel. Before founding Vibe Israel, Joanna served in the Israel Defense Forces as a paramedic and worked as a lawyer in the high-tech industry. She also established two internet startups based in Tel Aviv.
Currently, Joanna is on the Board of Directors of Vibe Israel USA, a governor of Tel Aviv University, and a Director of Tel Aviv Global & Tourism. She is also a member of the International Education Committee of Taglit-Birthright and is on the Advisory Committee of Innovation Without Borders. Joanna has received many accolades for her leadership in the nonprofit world, including being named one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Israel” by Forbes Israel.
Although she was born in London, Joanna relocated to Israel with her family when she was five years old. She returned to England to study law at the University of Cambridge, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. After moving back to Israel, Joanna acquired an MBA in marketing from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.
