Vance Arnett has over 25 years of experience as a coach/consultant in government, and private or organizations. He has a Masters Degree in Applied Social/Psychological Anthropology and has a certification with the International Coach Federation at the Associate Coach level. He is also a certified coach with the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence and incorporates their assessment in all of his coaching work.

Upon retirement, Vance opened a sole practitioner coaching practice with the intention of working with individuals approaching retirement or encore careers. Instead his practice has become populated with young entrepreneurs, professionals and executives seeking to enhance or change their career track, and small to medium sized businesses seeking to sustain and stabilize their enterprises.

Vance works from his home office and the Commerce Club in Tampa and has an international client base. He is the Secretary of the International Coach Federation Tampa Bay Charter Chapter, and a delegate to the Southeast Regional Committee of the International Coach Federation.
