The importance of keeping God Number ONE in our lives, and going at the pace He sets for us, not at the world's breakneck pace.
Our world has become so busy and constantly running on a 24/7 schedule, that if believers don't get off of the merry-go-round every so often, they'll lose their soul and spirit, and possibly lives. We must have the Lord's will in first place and go at the pace He sets for us, if we wish to be successful in our Christian walk. Being busy is overrated and it's just a symptom of the crazy pace the world sets, but you don't gain anything by being overly busy. The human body and mind were made to rest every so often, not to be on the go 24/7 as some of us are trying to do. Wisdom dictates that we rest in God and walk at the pace He desires of us! Much LOVE!
