Raising children is a serious responsibility which many parents have not paid much attention to, thus the lack of responsibility shown in our children. Keeping our children on the straight and narrow path is the only way to properly raise them, and it doesn't mean we don't LOVE them. Instead it means we LOVE them too much to see them go astray. It's the same way the Lord deals with us, disciplines us when we go astray. That doesn't mean He doesn't LOVE us, but the exact opposite, else He would have just allowed us to go about our own irresponsible way and suffer the serious consequences. Please realize that there are consequences to every action or reaction. That's why our world is in such a chaotic mess. Children must be trained properly at home from the very beginning of their lives, if they are to become responsible citizens and unfortunately we are now suffering the consequences of the lack of that responsible parenting.
