It’s an emotional support animal that sits by your side and makes you feel comfortable. But very little growth can occur there. Once your skills develop to a certain point and there’s nothing left for you to learn it’s time for you to branch out and seek the uncomfortable. That is where growth occurs and that is where networking becomes your most valuable tool.
